Chicken Parmigiana Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 lb Ground chicken or turkey

1 medium onion, finely diced

2 eggs

½ cup bread crumbs

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

3 cloves minced garlic

1 cup Marinara sauce, divided

1 ½ cup mozzarella, shredded, divided

Directions

In large mixing bowl combine chicken, onion, eggs bread crumbs, seasoning, garlic, ½ cup sauce, and ½ cup cheese. Mix lightly but well. Press into loaf pan.

Place loaf pan in slow cooker. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°
